If something on MonkeyTypeHub isn’t working the way it should, let us know at jsmason0@gmail.com. It helps a lot if you mention which browser and device you were using (phone or desktop), and what test mode you were in when it happened.
Suggest a feature
MonkeyTypeHub is actively being improved. If there’s a mode, language, theme, or feature you’d like to see added, send it over. Genuinely useful suggestions from real users are the main way this site gets better.
Leaderboard questions or removal requests
If you’d like a leaderboard entry removed, or think a score looks suspicious, email us with the name and approximate date/time of the entry and we’ll look into it.

Before emailing, it’s worth checking the FAQ section on the homepage first. It covers the most common questions about WPM calculation, test modes, and the leaderboard.
Response time
MonkeyTypeHub is run by a small team, so replies aren’t always instant, but we do read every message and usually respond within a few days.
